I guess you might not like this car (and I don't know if the price is meaningful for this car on your country) but, I like this car a lot, maybe you might consider:
 Audi RS3 hatchback. 4 wheel drive. A stage 1 REVO or something makes 0-100km/h around 3 seconds. |
