@CSG_Mike Like I said before when I was running NA I saw oil temps in the 260 range, what kind of oil temps should I be looking for with the SC? I need to update the warning lights on my gauge and do some logging.

I installed all the OEM foam pieces on the JR radiator (previously only had half of the top piece) and installed the APR cooling plate, temps went down during cruising and come down faster after getting off the highway. The top and bottom pieces are easy, had to trim the side pieces slightly since the shape of the radiator is different. Part numbers for whoever is interested:

45167CA000
45167CA010
45167CA020
45167CA030

Waiting on the TrackSPec louvers to ship so I can put those on, not sure they'll be here before the next event.

Can anyone help me with the part numbers or links to the two rubber hoses that are cut as part of the JRSC installation during steps 80 and 89? Tried a quick search but I didn't see any obvious listings.

Quote:
80. Remove the cosmetic intake manifold cover. Locate the Power Brake hose where it exits the
backside of the intake manifold on the driver side. The hose will make a 90º bend downwards.
Remove the hose from the car and cut the hose 2” down from the 90º bend. Install the vacuum
tee (03301-10004) into the Power Brake hose with the small fitting facing towards the driver side
fender. Secure with two (2) 11.5mm CTL clamps provided and re-install the assembly.
Quote:
89. High Performance PCV Valve Installation:
A. Locate the PCV hose where it exits the backside of the intake manifold on the
passenger side. The hose will make a 90º bend downwards. Remove the hose from the car and
pull the outer cover off the hose.
B. Cut the hose 2” down from the 2nd 90º bend.

Awesome, thank you!

What does supersession(s) refer to?

Do we know recirc valve specs?
(Inlet/outlet sizes)

Mine is getting a bit melty, looking to replace it with a GFB Mach 2.

Don't overtighten the clamps!

@mistople did you get back to the track with any of these fixes?

I was at area27 over the weekend which is a much larger momentum track than the previous one I ran and after shoring up the radiator with extra foam and trimming the OEM trim pieces I'm in the same temperature range (ambient temp was 6f cooler, and I was exceeding 265 before I turned my heater on full, and then it held at 264.8)

On another sc thread, someone talks about a spun bearing, which possibly could be from over pressuring the crankcase.

So that made me think of the pcv valve we use in our kits.
Can it fail? Should it be a maintenance item?
Do we know a part #?

I did not. I was actually supposed to be at that event as well. I withdrew my entry for fear of my car’s health!

I haven’t had time to mess with the air guides yet. Still having tune issues, so one thing at a time..

I trimmed and reinstalled the panels around the FMIC and didn't see any further drop in temps after I did the foam pieces (while cruising on the highway). Will be at PittRace this weekend, not sure what to expect but I'll report back on Friday night. Maybe the temps I'm seeing are because south FL sucks, temps and humidity in PA are much lower at the moment.

Yes. Remember Nam Yoon? That's what we did on his SOS SC'd S2k.
