Still can't pick what turboback or what im going to do with tuning. I've become very bored with 370whp though .

The downpipe is 3 inch all the way? So I need a 3 inch gasket between the overpipe and downpipe correct? Or does our downpipe step down?

I'm at 12,000 miles and 3 sets of tires all on e85.

30,000+ miles and no issues to report. The only thing I've changed is the oil, plugs, and back tires.

Throw me on the list as well. I bought @Sterz kit, which used to belong to @Gen I believe. Here's to hoping I have better luck than either of them did, otherwise this kit truly is cursed.

It necks down at the 2 bolt flange, to I believe 2.5". If you want a full 3" system you'll need to cut that part off and have a 3" flange welded on. That's my plan with my kit right off the bat.

Nope they're still going strong. Getting a teardown this winter for a wear check and new bearings.

I had the base kit with the 4 bolt housing, and my downpipe was 2.5" at the turbo to 3" to 2.5" at the connection to the overpipe. I would guess yours is as well. I am not sure a 3" overpipe is worth the hassles of getting it to fit.

Adding you now. If you have a good fab shop, then cutting off the 2.5" 2 bolt flange an putting on a 3" V band and getting a custom 3" overpipe would be a great option, but I wouldn't expect any off the shelf overpipe to fit.

Doesnt seem worthwhile to bother getting a 400 dollar 3 inch overpipe then.

Ill be picking up the FBM 3 inch single exit and just putting a 2.5 overpipe. Still better than my current catted 2.5 nameless OP/FP, stock midpipe and 2.5 axleback.

Then selling the Nameless stuff I can buy a new tune hopefully with more boost, my current tune @15psi made 370whp/308wtq but I think with more boost and a freer flowing exhaust I should get a good chunk more out of the gtx2867.

i run the standard full blown downpipe to 2.5" OP, to 3" full blown single. i don't think it was causing much of a loss, we made good power. only thing holding it back from making a little more was fueling

I do all my own work. I'll be doing a 3" stainless v-band, 3" over pipe, and a side exit exhaust.

Not sure if having the 3" OP is worth it, but if I'm gonna do it once, I'll do it full size so I never have to worry about it.
