Well the pulley I bought ended up being too small. So I am going to return it and just get a normal steel one.
Radiator is mounted. Rivnuts epoxied to the radiator for the slip joint. Bolted up top Took off the throttle body to give it a little paint and wiped the intake out... Need to get in there a do a little more cleaning Got all the loose powder coat off and just sprayed it black. Will be replacing later anyway, and they are hidden by the coil packs.

Well I got the cooling system finished up last night. Filled it with coolant to check for leaks. Came out this morning to the top AN fittings leaking. So I need to take the water pump out, figure out how to remove the fitting, and epoxy it back in. Not too bad of a set-back, but definitely hurts progress. Plan was to start the car by the weekend.

Was pouring rain yesterday, but got a bit done anyway. Rear Brake parts were dropped off, and I got the water pump fitting re-sealed. *Hopefully*
Found my original Thermostat (On Left). I decided to run it instead just in case.

Well she came out and about for a bath and getting these 500 break in miles finished before a good Dyno Tune.
Still need to work on new ducting for the front, and new side blanks for the grill. Caliper Brackets were milled out this weekend. My measurements were just a tad off, sat a bit too high. I feel like I had fixed this in my most recent files, so wondering if I accidentally sent the wrong file again. Oh well, easy fix. Just needs milled down.

Worked on the manifolds a bit yesterday. Trying to find the best way to make the merge. Going to a bit more of a project than I was expecting.
Cut the 90 degree with an angle grinder. Surprised how nice it turned out. Going to tack it up like this and see if I can get it to work. Seems like a smooth approach.

Got the new exhaust half way done. I am pretty happy with it. Everything lined up really well. My welds are pretty bad, but they should work for now. I might possibly be taking it to a shop to be fixed.
Moved the Brakes lines to begin with. That was kind of stressful as they needed to move quite far. Got my Caliper Brackets fixed, and my rotor rings back from the machine shop as well. Excited to fit that all in. Edit: Video of the exhaust dumped after the resonators: [ame="http://youtu.be/r9gYEupfvCw"]http://youtu.be/r9gYEupfvCw[/ame]

Nice fab work Dustin,, especially the manifolds. I'm wondering about the passenger side pipe around the diff,,, and I ask as I want to do the same thing. Any concern about scraping or any other problems for that matter??? I'm figuring as it's right by the axle it shouldn't but what the hell do I know. Also,,, are pipe and welds stainless??? If not, wondering about treatment on it and the welds to keep it from rusting.

Well the car has oval-ed the passenger side exhaust pipe under the subframe from being so low. Need to slightly raise the car and switch to a true oval tube.
I have started installing a bit of sound deadending. Will go back over it with CCF and MLV later. I also received my HPTuners. After the 2+ gigs of updates finishes on my tuning laptop I will get it set-up and see about tuning the car myself. New Walbro 450 as well. Crazy good deal I couldn't pass up. Just need a way to mount it. Don't mind the square cut out. Needed to get access to the subframe threads early in the cars life. Needs to spend some time getting the more difficult locations.

Car is still running. Not doing anything other than driving it. I had a look at the tune and noticed a few things. It's set to be super rich under power enrichment. Enough that I think it might start causing issues. They also only messed with the MAF "tuning" and doesn't seem to be too great either. VVE wasn't touched. Should be a lot of room for improvement. Hope it helps drive-ability of the car, sometime it drives amazing, other times the engine feels like garbage.
Been spending the last 3 weeks almost every night getting my friends TT 370z back up and going. Chasing oil leak for a few days now. Hope to have that finally finished up so I can get the exhaust finished on my car. Also going to get some dyno time soon to start working on the tuning. Injector timing is something I am looking into as that should help a lot as well.

Found the rear main seal on the brand new built short block my friend bought for his Z is leaking pretty bad. Apparently the company that built it, charged him and sent him a new one in the mail after they shipped the engine. So I am not sure if they knew it would leak or what. Not happy at all. Luckily we just need to pull the transmission and it's not terrible work. Would be nice to relax after work for once.
