You definitely won't find anything like that on knockoff exhausts. You need to spend the money with the nice companies who have put the R&D into their products, versus the ones who made a jig based off other company's efforts.

With this catback below like 3.5k it really is super deep and reminds me of my muffler delete but as it flies into the higher rpm range the sound becomes a bit of a higher pitch and extremely raspy. It actually has a tone to it

Yeah that's pretty much all I was looking for. I enjoyed the exhaust note of the stock BRZ, just wanted a little more noise. Got the added benefit of lots of pops and burbles that I wasn't expecting either. Deep is good, raspy not so much. Didn't want it to sound anything like a Civic with a fart can on it.

When I'm more financially capable of splashing that kind of cash on an exhaust I will. It's a bit on the lower end of my totem pole at the moment. I want to get a newer set of wheels and nicer tires before I do much of anything else. I took yours (and many others) advice on not purchasing the Cold air.

What do you have on your vehicle? Tires and exhaust wise.

I have a Corsa exhaus, a cheap UEL header I've been meaning to replace and RE71R tires.

Do you have that same exhaust as the guy from that other thread? and those are nice. I've been looking at replacing my tires with super sports in the spring. Unfortunately though in VA I'm going to see some snow days so I'm going to be picking up a set of blizzaks or just not driving much during the winter.

Yo that's one heck of a deal for a moderately quiet 2.5" catback! The seller is also from the Bay Area too! Hmm. If only the seller offered a bidding option, I'd make an offer on the exhaust.

Generally speaking, If you message a seller on eBay and offer a slightly lower price than what it's being listed for they'll accept. The Private Label muffler delete I purchased was Purchased brand new for $240, It was listed for $265 but I talked him down.

I wanted to update this thread with this video. The video I had originally posted was a bit off of how it actually sounds. After the exhaust has gotten hot a few times and actually set in place with the gaskets It defo does not sound anywhere as high pitched as it did.

made this for anyone curious of a drive-by!

Overall I'm still 100% happy with my purchase.
