BRZ pre-fabbed sub enclosure options?

Looking for pre-fabbed custom fit sub enclosure options for our brz/86/frswhatevers

I'm looking for options comparable to this

It seems that was a concept by oemaudio+, which I found their normal sub enclosure (passenger side fitted)

I also found this from innovateddynamics, was off a pretty old thread so.. sent them a message inquiring about a dual sub setup though

I think sub boxes like this are cool, but theyre not what I am looking for as I want to retain more usability (its why I like the oemaudio+ style)

I also saw the jl stealth audio boxes, but theyre overpriced and I don't want stealth, just a nice clean fit

Lighter weight is always preferred, but i'm more interested in trunk space retention vs weight savings.

So yeah TLDR I'd love a mirrored dual sub setup for my trunk, the concept from oemaudio+ really fit what I had in mind. I shot them a message as well.

Would love feedback on any other options I missed or any custom shops you recommend, not looking to blow my life savings on this, but I also don't mind paying a little bit for quality as I'm putting my all into this car build.

Yeah I’ve been looking for dual 10 enclosures similar to this and haven’t found too many options.

You can line plastic in and use tape and make one out of epoxy and foam. But I wasn’t trying to do all of that. I feel like a single 10 isn’t going to be good enough.

this is the only decent non-jl, non-oem+ version i know of currently.

https://shop.wickedcas.com/scion-fr-...gic-box--.html

the price is in-line for the fab work it typically takes for a custom fiberglass box, but i have no idea of the quality.

i run a integrity box, but he no longer exists...

I put a powered 8" sub box on the seat behind the driver. Not only does it fit perfectly, it sounds way better and you don't have to deal with trunk rattles.

My interior is black and red so this one works out great.

When you see the rest of the car done up its doesn't take much to imagine there being subs in the trunk.

Less damage if they bust a window and steal as compared to getting in your trunk.

Lastly, with seat back, all you see is side of grey carpeted box.

it's pretty easy to get into the trunk after you bust out a window.

That's true. So, if they are getting in via a window regardless why worry about the location of the sub?

Do you store your nice rims in the trunk when it's parked?

I don't see the concern here.

When I moved that little 8 inch sub from then trunk to the cabin it was like doubling the output and clarity.

I thought you were saying there would be less damage if they bust out window compared to getting into the trunk.

The point I was making was, once they bust out the window, there's no damage to get into the trunk. just press the button. I'm off topic anyway. carry on.
