Alright guys, I just got my FRS on Friday and I, stupidly, put a full tank of 89 octane in it yesterday. I'm definitely noticing the knocking. 93 octane is pretty readily available around me and now that I know how bad anything less is I will be using that in the future.
But what should I do about this tank? Should I wait until it's almost empty to fill it or can I put some in around half a tank? |

Burnet through it in a couple of days then put the proper stuff in it. Just take it easy while you use it up and there will be lasting effects. Don't panic if it takes a couple of days to come back to full power even with the new gas as the ECU has to relearn everything. |

What are you running? Considering how 94/93 isn't ethanol free and full of additives, I'm currently running 91 shell, but have jumped around a few times to see if there was any benefit, and haven't noticed any yet...
