With the right launch on good tires and good shifting it should trap higher! Accelerated did low 11s at almost 130, so has dynosty and a full blown turbo car was close to the 130 trap too! That's a quick ass frs lol

12.4 @ 120 mph

Which full blown car did almost 130mph in the quarter? I can't speak for @mack4477 but our race season is incredibly short. Like 3-4 months tops and maybe 3 events. Makes learning your car quite difficult hence y my runs just got quicker cause I was learning the car.

Can't be that short I'm way further north and we get 6 months where the track is open and every Friday they have open street legals plus other events.

What's this track you speak of?? Nearest track to me is BIR or rock falls both of which r a 5hr drive one way. The only "local" event is 3hrs away on an abandoned airstrip. We're so isolated we don't even get e85 lol.

Over yonder in Alberta haha. Though I'm jealous of your elevation.

I believe he's talking about TyperRspec789. He used to have it all in his signature, but I believe he trapped 127. Don't quote me on that though

correct ^ his car had a lot more in it too it had like a 2 something 60 ft. lol. i think another thing is hooking. hook to hard and your breaking things, dont hook and prob not going to run that good of a time. a 125+ trap is pretty damn fast. mack4477 your car def has a lot more in it as well and I like your car! Would love to boost mine adn go for a 130 trap but I just dont have the funds right now with a supra im building.

Well see how I do next week. E85 with 265 z2's, I really want to see an 11. Going to WIR though, which is historically a slower track than gld.

What're you running for air pressure in the back?

Don't lie, you really just want to beat my time lol Glad to see you got on E85 now. Whole different beast, isn't it?

I was at 25 psi. Hopefully you can hook a little better with the slightly bigger tires. My first pass was my best when the tires were cold and could spin a little. As they warmed up, they started to half ass hook and made some serious wheel hop. I have up after 5 runs when I noticed it getting worse and worse. I don't have launch control either, so hopefully that will help you

Of course I want to! I'll have launch control, so we'll see. This is my first non awd high horsepower car so it'll be a learning experience. I'm wondering if there is something I should be doing to my suspension to help since everything is fully adjustable.

Soften the rear compression setting and stiffen the rebound to allow it to squat. U can also try unhooking the rear sway bar for better traction as well. I got a used trans that should be here next week, may make the last race of the year!!!
