I do have an oil cooler but stock radiator. Monitored temps with torque: oil temps peaked at about 235F and coolant around 225F. Didn't pay attention it IATs though.
Not yet. I've heard from other locals that they don't hold up around here. We're planning on putting our on later this month (finally), and I'll be stuffing it full of thermocouples and logging a bunch of data.

We plan on making this car competitive in NASA ST2, which means long sessions in the summer at race pace.

I'm not 100% sure, but we're going to find out. It's all anecdotal at this point.

I don't get on here much. Sorry to the guys I haven't responded to yet. I will attempt to answer your questions here along with an update to my current situation.

The throttle body position sensor issue was unresolved directly but I did notice some chafing to the harness where I had mounted it. I originally tied it to the cold side of the AC pump line to keep it away from the belts. I moved it away from that and haven't had the issue return and no limp mode.

I don't know anything about the Mishimoto upgrade to fit with this kit.

Pictures of the heat shield solution I made will be included.

Finally, I've run into a P0171 lean issue and discovered a vacuum leak. My bypass valve failed and doesn't actuate properly and allows unmetered air to bypass the MAF throwing off my fuel trims under vacuum condition. We discovered the issue with a smoke test. We put the smoke probe in the TMAP sensor bung and without even blocking the intake we found the leak. We moved the smoke probe to the bypass valve hose and it leaked significantly confirming our discovery. Edelbrock is sending me a new bypass valve under warranty. Picture also included.

Saw your post on FB, glad you found the issue. I'm hoping this bypass issue is just a small bad batch or something.

Got it the D-Box installed...piece of cake. Took it for a spin...nothing crazy, normal driving for a couple miles, made a 20 minute stop, started the car back up and had a check engine light! WTF!

Checked it with Torque and it was a P0451 code (Evaporative Emission Control System Pressure Sensor Range/Performance). Reset it and it hasn't come back...I don't think the D-box has anything to do with that since it just connects to the MAP and MAF.

I'll check it out tomorrow to see if maybe I bumped something or knocked something loose during the install.

The D-box is the cause of your P0451 code. It's a known issue that they just bottomed out on in the last week or so. It kept coming back with my car. Zach at Delicious sent me a shipping label so I could send my D-box back for a firmware upgrade. Sent it back last Wednesday so I don't have it back to confirm the P0451 problem is fixed.

Just got mine too. Is there a specific spot it's supposed to go on?

I was going to ask folks that same question. Right now it's in my folder at home but I'm keeping a copy of the accompanying letter with my registration in the glove box. I believe you just need the EO number and present it during inspection; it doesn't have to be actually on the part.

Funny enough, I got a little bit of run around initially: called Edelbrock 1-800 number and they told me to call my dealer (the racer's line) then Neal tells me he was told to have me contact Edelbrock directly wtf?

Couple days later, Edelbrock e-mails me directly asking for my mailing address. Got the CARB sticker in a couple of days.

Same, I think I'll just keep the sticker and letter in the glove box until smog time.

Mike from Edelbrock replied to my inquiry and said that that's what they generally recommend.

On my way back home from work and got the same engine light and traction light from a few hundred miles ago.

Pulling the DTCs I've got two:

P0171 System Too Lean Bank 1
C1201 (no description but part of the ABS module)

Under vacuum long term fuel trim is still around +15%
