thank you ft86 speed factory for facilitating my warranty return
Hi, wanted to thank @FT-86 SpeedFactory for helping facilitate my warranty on my Tom's tail lights.
On my right side tail light, a few brake light LED's turned off. I bought them maybe 8 months ago. I was going to try and find Tom's US rep and directly work with them to get a warranty issue resolved, but couldn't find anything on how to contact them. I emailed ft86 speed factory, got a reply within 2 hours.. next day, I get a tracking number from buddy club (which I had no idea is actually Tom's in the US) saying they sent out a replacement! I would have been lost without you guys, so I really appreciate you guys helping me out here. You didn't need to go out of your way to help, but going that extra mile means I will happily buy from you in the future

Thanks for the positive feedback! We're more then happy to help anyone with replacements who have purchased taillights from us.
Glad they were able to get a replacement sent out so quickly as well. Wouldn't have been able to do it without Buddy Club's great service as well!
