AT Fluid Change

I'm approaching 30k miles and will changing out all the fluids in my car. The owners manual recommends OEM fluid only for the AT. Is there a Redline, Motul, or Amsoil equivalent I can use. Or should I stick with OEM AT fluid. Keep in mind that I usually keep cars for 7-8 years and will need to get around 250k miles out of it. 90% of the miles I drive are highway miles.

After doing a few Google searches, it looks like Amsoil & Eneos both make equivalents for Toyota WS ATF fluid.

I used the Redline fluid. They said the OEM fluid looked pretty nasty, but I went Auto-X about 4 events this summer. Planning on changing the fluid out every 15k miles, and a AT cooler kit in the near future.

I got my advice from a guy that builds full AT race cars on this forum. Forgot his name though..

Here are the choices we have for fluids if you want to switch from OEM - Redline D6 ATF, Eneos ECO-ATF, Amsoil Signature Series Fuel Efficient ATF, & Amsoil OE Fuel Efficient ATF. All of these fluids are equivalents for Toyota WS ATF.

Full flush every 15k? Is your car a dedicated track car? That seems TOO much for just a handful of Auto-X, also i doubt your beating that much on the tranny if your doing Auto-x. Every 30K sounds better.
