I'm pretty sure if you could get a ticket for "disturbing the peace", you might not be able to dismiss that even if it was on private property, but that ticket should hold no points.

I actually don't know how to respond to this without calling you retarded or blaming your parents and teachers.

You can definitely dismiss it if you actually show up to court. My point is that they're going to come out and stop you no matter where you're at. Unless it's organized and they know about it.

It doesn't mean it's not trespassing because you didn't see a sign.

Consider it from their perspective, they have no idea who you are or wtf you're doing there. If there's a few of you and you all run, pull guns, unleash a dog, who knows, it'd be nice for him to have a few buddies there to help keep things under control just incase. Maybe the property owner has had some serious incidents in the past... Either way, t's not a routine traffic stop.

Anyways, I'd definitely agree with going the legal route and organizing an event. Get some local car clubs involved and have some local people help. Other forums can help gather more interest. Visit some local tuning shops and get the idea out there. MAybe even get some local drifters who are really good and compete to offer classes, rides, and driving instruction around some mock courses. Could be epic.

Exactly!!

I was once thought of building a Drift Park + Fun Park, where every body can have their cars in for fun with some admission fees.

But before I even Sketched a plan, as usual, I looked into the regulations....and...

I don't even want to bother.

Insurances, safety guards, equipments....fees...etc. The business has like no future. Different Grade of vehicles have different requirements. You can not charge enough for enough customers..

Conclusion...It is best to go to the track, yet, they are not Everywhere..because Insurance. Seriously, it takes a big chunk out of Driving for fun in this Country of America. Because people chose Safety + Peace for everything.

Sometimes, I wonder why should I buy another car other than a Beige Camry....because it will do just fine, and get you a ticket anytime you need

Seriously, after you have done all that....you will have to pay so much money + time for the little fun that you have.

Do you recall any Scence from Fast and Furious ? Bunches of Cars gathering around with Strip Dancers....etc. Cops came...everybody run away like they are selling Crack ? Because......it is Illegal....Because Insurance runs this Danged Country of which we call Freedom of American. Not without a Price!!

we did this back then, we rented a stadium parking lot, in san diego it was the qualcomm stadium parking lot that SCCA autocross use also, it was the cheapest alternative vs going to the track.
