Any idea how long the wait would be for one of these (uncoated) if I ordered it outside of the group buy?

Nope. Jorge tuned it. ( used to work for P&L AGES ago).

And since you've got it... Any effect on MPGs?
The comparison is the tuned BEFORE the header a month prior at 47 degrees ambient and then tuned WITH the header.

I will try to find the one with just header installed.

I DO REMEMBER IT and the TQ valley was GONE but for sure needed to be tuned to get optimal results on top etc etc

I am a little concerned with that graph. There is a large chunk of torque missing from 4750 to 6000? Is this dyno untuned? I think we all know the stock header is going to make more power from 2000 to about 3200 in the torque "bump" but i wasnt expecting it to make more at any other points of the dyno. Top end looks like it breaths really good i just think i might feel robbed if i was missing 10 tq from 4700 to 6000

Here is my car with the header.

The red line is just the header without a tune, and I didn't "lose" torque in that mid range. I also don't have as much high end power as he does. It's all based on how your car is tuned to run.

Hawaiian do you plan on getting a custom tune or revisions for that? I would assume a base map would leave power on the table with headers.

Dylan was telling me that 2 people have bypassed the groupbuy just to get the header in earlier.

I did, but that's the E85 tune that people have issues with. I didn't dyno it on pump gas since. Just street tuning.

I think the next tune will address that. I think more time was needed with it. None the less another tune is money towards a SC kit. Yes I will admit I was hoping to have a graph like Hawaiians. Since it actually BOWS upward in the initial midrange and looses nothing above 4500.

I will say that yes my top end is VERY strong and I can run it to 7500 without feeling much fall off. This works for me with the lower FD.

I think that these guys who are tuning a TON of Zizzles and Sissles maybe are getting broader results in shorter time periods maybe. Just a thought.
