Yea, that's a relatively new (to me anyway) thing I've observed recently when I take a road trip. I'll see at least one truck where the entire wheel/tire is outside the body of the truck.

Rode over an 86 sharkfin antenna and got slightly cocked when the 86 scooted away.

I see a lot of those trucks in Florida, but they were the absolute worst in Texas. Ironically it's Texas that gives the best description of them: All hat, no cattle. Plus you have the "Carolina squat," where those idiots only install the front half of the lift and let the ass drag like a dog with worms. Then the hood sticks way up where the idiot can't see where he's going, and the headlights point right into other drivers' faces. |

I never really understood this. Like if you're willing to buy the expensive vehicle and then deal with paying for all that gas, parking it, and so on, then knock yourself out. I don't know why people feel the need to complain so much about it. |

Someone lifted my truck once. I got it back, but they had trashed it and it just wasn't the same after that.

I always though the FRS and BRZ would turn into the new Civic or new Corolla.
Idk but thankfully, it wasn’t us that became the new Civics. The lifted truck epidemic took over. School I work at has over 17. Yes! 17. About 12 belong to h.s. Kids. A while back a lifted raptor was going around revving and tail gating. Some gangster shot at the raptor guy from his car. Raptor guy still a douche doing the same. Top two reasons I hate them are: 1) serve no purpose as they are daily drivers here. Home to store type of ride. During rain, it blows when I’m at a distance and the gunk the tires picks up reaches my windshield. They don’t got mud guards. 2) the annoying arse hell revving and tail gating.

We have so many around here that purchase 250/2500 series trucks and don't haul or pull a damn thing with it. Just a status symbol. An F250 is pretty much worshiped like a God

LOL And no doubt on a lifted truck forum there are loads of guys complaining about the sports car crowd whipping around, reving on them and just being douches in general.
