ROADVENTURE: SB -> LA [PIC HEAVY]
Took a detour drive from SB to LA as suggested by @Ganthrithor. Well worth the extra hour. Scenic views, switchbacks, and even spotted 2015 WRXes and WRX STIs from Canada. How's that for a trip, eh?
Lake Casitas, Ojai, CA In Ojai, I came across a lot full of 2015 WRXes and WRX STIs that just came back from journalist test drive sessions. Got an OK from the delivery guy to start taking photos. These are on their way back to Canada! Can you spot the 2014 WRX? 2015 WRX STI Seeing as how the GBS BRZ is the unicorn of the BRZ color scheme.. how about the GBS 2015 WRX?!

Set the preload on my Fortune auto 500 series coilovers. Preparing for tomorrow's install along with wheels/tires. First mod on this car, very excited! Wheels are 18x9.5 enkei NT03's in flat black with 265's. Such grip will be had.

Just came back from Angeles crest highway run. It's a local Canyon for me.
First time after I got my wheels and RS3 tires. It's amazing how much more grip you get from switching out the prius tires. The car is like 100 times more smooth and has 10 times higher grip. Ah I love my car. Sent from my SCH-I605 |

Got my stockers wrapped in Michelin PSS today. Huge upgrade from the Primacys obviously.
Between the PSS, E85, and UEL header, this car is about as fun as I need it to be Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Applied clear coat to my WRB painted rear diffuser. Once that has had enough time to cure, I will be wet sanding and polishing before mounting back on the car. It should look pretty snazzy in my opinion once it is completed! I'll post up pics once I have it installed, I anticipate it being another week or so before that happens!

Just installed all the stuff I got from @FT-86 SpeedFactory:
- Rexspeed heated mirrors - Perrin master cylinder brace - DOT Red Tom's tails Hardest part of it all? Re-mounting my @oemaudioplus subwoofer. I hate that front bolt mount! |
