my OFT came pre loaded w/ the latest tunes i believe.
If you go to their site you can download tunes specific to 91, 93, and e85. Just need to get your CAL ID off of the tablet.

It most likely defaults to 91 octane tunes, but to be sure, follow the other advice given above.

Just how noticeable is OFT+OFH and stage 2 tune?

I'm not sure what noise he was talking about but there is no rasp at all with the open flash header installed. I did heavy amounts of reading before I made the purchase and the cause of the rasp on stage 1 tune on a stock car was from a drastic increase in timing in the 4k torque dip area of the rpm band. That drastic increase in timing is not needed compensate for the the dip once the catless open flash header is installed. So the thing that is causing the sound literally isn't happening anymore

I've been following OFT for a bit. Can you tune for a catted header?

Stage 1 is what they recommend for a catted header. I am running a TRD Intake/Catback and FT86SpeedFactory UEL Catted Header with the Stage 1 OFT tune. Many members on this forum have been running an identical or similar setup with success.

Absolutely changed the character of the car

To follow up, I'm assuming catless just adds sound and power, but catted causes less CEL/ECM issues.

If you use the OFT/OFH you won't get a CEL.

True, but I want a header with a matte finish, and some filtration of smog gasses. Shiny object in engine bay = ticket for aftermarket mods in California, if inspected.

I believe that if you use the OFT tune it will mask the CEL no matter what header you use. Not 100% sure of that though.

I will be getting my car dyno'ed soon with a couple of FRS to compare modifications and finally learn my gains, as one of the cars is stock.

I'd buy the OFT/OFH and cat back just to change the sound and make it super sexy, which it is.

This was over a year ago, but I'm trying my chances lol. Updates? I'm about to do this exact thing.
