New car to me drift office tune tomie uel headers stock exhaust
Car I'm buying has tomie uel headers no fi and a conservative drift office tune.
I'm wanting to buy a 2.5 Perrin catback exhaust. Some have said I'd lose a couple hp (that in order for it to be right retune) others have said go for it won't make a difference. I like the sound and a couple hp doesn't seem to be to big a sacrifice but will I in fact lose hp I'm new to frs and forum and would love some knowledgeable input. I pick my car up tonight!!!!! Yippeee Here are a list of the current mods. Not planning on fi or turbo as I have a 2002 996 turbo Cosworth high flow air filter Mishimoto performance aluminum radiator Motive brake master cylinder brace Tomei UEL headers Drift Office Dyno tune ECUTEK license Cusco strut bar Cusco front power brace StopTech Cryo-SportStop Slotted Rotors Stop tech front and rear stainless steel brake lines RacesEng Cam plate Motul RBF600 brake fluid Motul 300V oil H&R springs H&R front wheel extended studs Stance ST44 lower control arm Whiteline front lower control arm bushing Whiteline front gearbox bushing (shift kit) Whiteline steering rack & pinion bushing Porsche GT3 brake air scoops/deflectors Inferno Heat shield joints around brakes DC Sports exhaust tips (powder coated) Beatsonic antenna Greddy Neodymium magnetic drain plug Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

You'll lose about zero power by changing the exhaust

It appears the former owner didn't leave much for you to mod ...... except FI and a body kit. Like said, the cat back exhaust won't effect the power the engine can produce. This first mod this ol boy would recommend is that you lose the red color on the mirrors and antennae cover. Yep, someday it will quit raining, so you can drive your new car and appreciate its handling capabilities ....... humfrz |

Come on now personal preference. I kinda love me it. It's grown on me. It's Grand Prix red. Guy is a super fanatical track guy. I'll see if it starts to bother me. Thanks I appreciate the response. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Congrats!
I was looking at that car as well but didn't dig the red accents. I do fancy your wingless trunk though, if you want a trunk with an OEM FRS wing lmk! |

I have a 2015 halo wing. It is still white, but the shade is a bit different. I am not sure how different since I haven't actually seen the 2 side by side.
