1. Go to see the seller
2. Calmly state your complaint
3. Open fire

I believe his COC (Chain of Command) is:

Col. Richard W. Gibbs
Commander
325-696-4466

Chief Master Sgt. Alvin Flores
Superintendent
325-696-4172/6162

Dyess general number
325-696-3113

These numbers / and COC may not be accurate. But in my experience, you want something done, you go to COC.

Seriously, OP, call this guy's commanding officer and explain what happened. They generally do not put up with this kind of crap, and they will put a world of hurt on him. It wouldn't surprise me if that ended up being your best shot at getting your money back, and they will likely make restitution a necessary condition of keeping his testicles.

Ehhh... some Airmen are extremely lazy. Dyess has quite a few of them, so it wouldn't surprise me if his commanding officer didn't give a flying fuck about this.

I agree. I would record it with my camera if I was around and upload it here.

I just got out of the Air Force. They're looking to drop 25,000 people for budget cuts, this could fuck him. :p Also Jyn, with all due respect "fuck you" for your generalized statement. But yes, there are some shitty people in the AF.

The fact that this seller is USAF makes me sad. I'm also a USAF crew chief (former crew chief now actually) and the fact that an NCO in the Air Force would behave like this really upsets me. He makes the rest of us look like shitbags. I second the comments of getting a hold of this guy's chain of command, but I would suggest starting with his First Sergeant, depending on the squadron, his commander might not necessarily know him, and it'll get punted to the 1st Shirt anyway.

I can find his unit's first shirt's number if you all want, but it's not really freely available on the internet, so the mods would have final say of if it gets posted.

Also, the COC info posted above is for the Group command, they will likely not know this guy personally and this sort of issue is a squadron level thing, not to be taken to the Group level. Just an FYI. Please don't call a guy's group commander for a personal issue, its not their job to handle it, that's WAY too high in his chain of command for something like this.

It's ok. I'd be bitter too if I joined the Chair Force

Btw I'm sorry about your FR-S, it's a shame it got breast cancer. I assume you meant "monogram", but I'm sure it's also a reflection of your asvab score. Go Army.

I'm sure it was on purpose, and no need to hate on our brother branches, they serve their purpose and we serve ours.

Meh, honestly I feel like a douche getting "sensitive" over this. I apologize to Jyn for that. I guess it's just a shame the scammer happens to be in the same branch as I once was.

It does suck that this guy is in the military and he is acting like that, it just goes to show that the ASVAB and Meps doesn't weed out all the losers. Sorry about your loss buddy. Just have to add in GO NAVY!!!!

OP must be shy or very non conflicting type, in this situation I would have already created a pulp fiction moment like this I'm sure.
