Thank you!

Just to be clear, I need to edit these 4 files below?
1. Intake Cam Advance Angle Safe
2. Intake Cam Advance Angle Normal
3. Exhaust Cam Retard Angle Safe
4. Exhaust Cam Retard Angle Normal

again, this will work fine on pump gas?

Maybe I'm blind, but are these included in the v2.067 BINs. The VVT files were already identical to the post from Shiv?

I just downloaded the 2.067 and compared them, no they're not the same as JDL values Shiv posted earlier. However, I'll wait for others to confirm that.

Pardon bringing this old thread back to life. I see differences in the exhaust tables between the v2.07 roms and Shiv's post; I don't see any differences in the intake tables. I get this is a header so perhaps no intake differences isn't surprising, but from reading the thread I was expecting to see differences in intake as well as exhaust tables.

I noticed the same thing, I was surprised. But I made the exhaust table changes and it runs great so I'm not concerned!

Are you copying the values via the image, or is there a table download to use the "copy & paste" in the editor? Sorry, I'm new to this and trying to figure it out. Been running a JDL UEL header and stg 2 for a while and rarely check the forum so was happy to see an update

Edited to update: I realize what y'all were talking about with only difference in Exhaust Cam Retard Angle tables. Manually did the diff and applies changes by hand.

Ya the newer uel header tunes i see the intake for both is what shiv has posted on here in the picture. The only difference is both the exhaust ones however (easy changes tho). I changed them to what he listed for the JDL UEL header =D See what the feel is soon! Along with the new OFH tunes he posted, might just stick with that and modify that tune instead of messing with my current 91 UEL stage 2 tune that i have been changing.

The Safe and Normal tables are identical.

If anyone is truly adverse to making these changes themselves, I can do it for $25 via Paypal (hey, I got xmas gifts to buy!). Just email me your current Stage 2 UEL tune file (shiv@openflashperformance.com) and I'll cut and paste the day for you.
Hey shiv. Found this while looking through the forums. I was just wondering if this map is for catless or Catted JDL UEL headers. I'm running catless, and I'd love to tweak mine a bit.

Catless. Catted headers are supposed to use the stg1 tune.

really, stage 1 even for HFC and 2.5" header back exhaust?

What about stage 2 91 octane for idol uel catted header back system?

Anyway, do these values need to be changed in stage 1 as well?

bringing this old thread back to life, because no one has answered this question.
Now with beta 4.02 you can download stage 2 which is meant for both EL and UEL catted headers.

HOWEVER, with EL headers, whether catless or catted and whether stock everything else, or not stock everything else, your set up will become extremely raspy and disgusting sounding, simply due to this tune. If I were you, if you get a JDL EL header or let alone any EL header, simply go with ECUtek.

Disagree. The new v4 S2+ VVT tables work actually quite well with the JDL EL and are a perfect base for development.

There's no need for incorporating DRM to get power in the ballpark with that particular header and an OFT, if you're not interested in fine-tuning your cam tables manually.

One has to like the sound of scavenging, though (speaking for myself, I love it)

Who bases their tune on sound? Is the power good? Does it knock at all? This is what is most important. Everything else can be worked through with exhaust mods. Despite what people thing the oem front pipe isn't the least raspy option out there...
