No large bore bearings can fit the front uprights without significant modification. I've done the research and tried. The fronts are a smaller bore and only fit the 5x100 sized bearings. 08+ STI rear bearings will bolt into the rear and fit and work (I ran them for a while) but the factory rear bearing is already the same size as the STI bearing. The STI front bearings are the same diameter as the STI rears, but that is why they will not fit.

Any updates on the front without having to go with aftermarket uprights?

I asked them if they were 'off road use only' as most of their parts are listed as this and the reply I got was 'most of our parts are for off road use only' So read into that what you will.... I read it as if a hub bearing fails and you've been driving it on the street it wont be covered under warranty |
