I have crazy over-steer issues with mine which has no front sway bar either.
I was waiting for Vorshlag to release a front sway bar kit, but I don't know how long that will be or if it will be affordable.
Yes it helps a lot., Another option is both sway bars off and stiffer spring rates, but of course ride comfort will suffer....Heh! just curious, you from Aurora Illinois , or Colorado?

Aurora, Ontario

Go Blue Jays.. oh too late we lost.

I guess I will take off rear sway bar next year and give it a try.
Car is away for winter now, blew my T56 on Monday so I put it away early.

It was making noise and shaking, then the input shaft sheered it's teeth off.
I'd love a T56 Magnum XL but the cost is quite high.

Built a newer harness for Rick for some extra testing. This is close to what you'll get with the production kit. Rick's is more basic as the ECU wires were already spliced to hell and we couldn't use the factory connection to depin/repin from the ECU connector. This will be a part of our final package though.

Power goes to an IGN switched power on the factory ECU, ground to ground. Then plug into the GM DLC which with a custom harness is usually located in the passenger foot well.

For E40 customers we might have to step up to our larger module for full cruise control functionality as the E40 requires analog inputs to simulate the cruise control button presses. This little module doesn't have enough I/O to accomplish this unfortunately. I have a feeling more people will step up to the larger module regardless as it has way more cool features.

Good stuff Colin!

How is it going to work out with the new 2017 BRZ dash? Digital gauges and push button start.

Do you think with this setup one could pass emissions readiness tests? Also not sure if this has been answered before. I tried searching and didn't find anything

From what has been said, and what I understand, Yes.

I have an AEG engineering solution from AU installed and all my lights are off except the security light and the airbags (because I removed all my bags). I would not pass an actual inspection due to being catless but if it was just a check engine light check then I am good to go. I do know that they are working on a Traction control and cruise control solution as well.

If you dont intend to ever expect a feature to be used as I, and i hate idiot lights , very distracting, I have taken my gauge pod apart and covered the lights i dont use.....its very simple to do. Might as well remove airbag computer at the very bottom of the radio column on dash as well.

The real "magic" is in the controller itself. But yes, the final version will take care of all warning lights etc.

I haven't been in a 2017 to log it's data just yet but I have had interest from a few people to ensure it will. With the few minor engineering changes the 2017 model has I feel that the CAN traffic won't be much different or different at all.

The end goal of this is to have the vehicle report the emissions readiness tests from the GM PCM to any standard device. As far as "spoofing" remissions readiness checks, this won't be anything we can or will provide. If the GM PCM would report the emissions tests as passing, the vehicle through the DLC will report them as well.

Sounds like you got this pretty well figured out, we should see quite a few swaps this year.
