Accelerometer?

Does the Dashlinq4 have an accelerometer? This would be useful for Torque's roll and pitch displays.

I don't think so, I haven't seen accel data in Torque.

Anyone have DashCommand running? I installed it, but it doesn't want to find my bluetooth ODB adapter. Torque works fine.

So, I installed PlayerPro on my unit, but it can't see any music on USB. Same with Google Play Music, and some other apps, I'm about to give PowerAmp a try, but I'll be pretty disappointed if I can't get PlayerPro to work, it looked so good and easy to use on the road.

Poweramp works fine and can locate all my music on USB, so strange that PlayerPro cannot see the same music =/

So I got PlayerPro to work by following the directions in this post: http://www.aplayerpro.com/forum/view...hp?f=3&t=12421

This is the second app you need "Media Scanner": https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...i.mediascanner

When using media scanner just type in /mnt/usb/ (case senstivie) to scan your USB drives. Follow the rest of the directions in that post and music shows up in PlayerPro and I'm sure other music players as well.

AFAIK only Poweramp lets you choose folders from the entire filesystem to seach for media.

The rest depends on common media locations used by Android.

Did you have to side load PlayerPro? I can't seem to find it in the play store from my head unit. If so do you have a link to the latest apk?

Yup, same with Poweramp. I got PlayerPro from here: https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B0jh...ZUZlBEeDg/edit

Still haven't decided which I'm going to use full time yet, have to play around with both more.

Thanks for the link. I tried Poweramp and seemed fine except I had to turn my volume way up compared to either the stock usb music app or rocket music player.

Rocket music player seems ok for now but I'm going to try out PlayerPro. Good news is my 500gb hard drive connected to a 4 port hub in my glovebox seems to be working just fine filled with roughly 200gb of flac.
