You give them a way to give out tickets easily and they will make sure they are given out. Just like the OP here was worried about, all they have to do is say you did it and then ticket with no argument. We know how
our government treats a situation where they have more control than they should have. Ask all those people who are victims of unfair civil forfeiture for how trustworthy law enforcement can be.
WOW
So much hate for the police when they are doing their jobs. Probably the first to scream if something happened to you though.
You are getting damned close to politics there Imp.

Yep, silly post. We are getting pretty good at them.

Police are just people doing a job.

We should all be able to do whatever we want when we want! Look how well that works for countries with no firm governments. I understand that the police in Somalia don't ticket for anything.

What does the real estate market look like in Somalia? I just looked up the weather and it seems nice.

I understand that if you hijack just 3 ships you can own whatever land you wish. You will need to practice your inflatable boat, AK and RPG skills first though.

Unfortunately, his point about civil forfeiture in this country run amok is spot on.

There are true stories that would drop your jaw, even as a Canadian.

Since you edited your first post, the short answer is yes, you need to be pulled over to get a ticket for distracted driving.

From the website I provided:
"Tickets for distracted driving are issued to the driver of the vehicle and not the registered owner."

So yes, the link does answer your question in complete detail.

You're welcome.
