I think about it every day. Look at my drive home and imagine it in the 86. Going to be a long November

Mine made it to the dealership yesterday, but they said it will be a 2-3 week wait while it is made ready.

I think that sucks worse than waiting for it to be allocated!

Haha not really, I think all my coworkers and my dad were about ready to strangle me because of how much I complained about it.

Make sure they switch the radio mode to FR-S (if you have the standard radio)

Added Bespoke when it was available. Thanks for the reminder though.

OK just checking! Most dealers don't know to do that, so just trying to spread the word

Congrats... Nice & creative color choice.

Now that the long wait is over... Just enjoy it to the fullest without worrying about anything else.

Congratulations on a long wait! The color looks great in the pictures, I bet even better in real life. My car is tracking about a week behind yours so I'm hoping that it will be delivered soon. I checked the dealer yesterday but no luck, just the usual assortment of common, boring cars! Let us know what you think once you get to drive it. Way to go!

SHdfhkfgsr!

So, I just talked to my dad and he said that the dealership doesn't do weekend appointments for the type of order I have, and the woman that handles it is out today. He's also going to be out of town most of next week and we're not sure if he has to fill out the paper work or not, so it's looking like I won't be able to get my car until next Thursday...

That sounds about typical. We have one person here as well who handles everyone's papers and we have to wait for her to process it before anything happens. The dealer here also does these type of orders on certain days only so we have to schedule an appointment with the one guy at the dealer who handles it in advance. Nothing like dragging it out as long as possible! At least you can keep checking in on your car to make sure it's real!

Also, interestingly enough, my dad also said I am the second person in North America to recieve an FR-S from this type of order. The guy ahead had his car come in just a few days before mine. So that's cool. I might bug them to let me drive it at least, maybe they can still do that.

Just keep in mind it's better to wait a few days than for them to rush through prep to get it to you faster.

Went to look at it again yesterday. They took the plastic off, so I got a better look at it and it's such a sharp looking car in this color. Though, both a female friend that was with me and my mom called it pretty -_-. I didn't think to take anymore pictures though, but I did ask a salesman if I could at least have a drive. He said they can't even get the keys for it.
