Not expecting there to be a lot of members from Denmark, given how rare the car is here. Only seen ONE of the twins that was not part of a mini meet (a black BRZ).

I saw an orange GT86 at a petrol station by Sydmotorvejen just south of Copenhagen this summer :-)
Could have been a skide udlænding like me, though.

They've sold 26 GT's so far this this year, so I guess it's possible
But honestly, I'm kind of happy that you don't see one parked on every corner. What's the situation in Norway? It's probably almost just as expensive up there.

I don't know how many has been sold in Norway, but our GT86/BRZ club www.gt86.no now counts 40 members.

Current base price is NOK 456.500 which is DKK 422.060. That's the "high" or "limited" spec with Touch&Go headunit, any paint, either MT or AT.
I see from toyota.dk that my car (Black AT) would cost DKK 488.212 wich is NOK 528.050. And here I thought cars were expensive in Norway! Jeez...

Actually, the price you found is a limited time offer with DKK 86.000 subtracted. So the regular price is even higher.

But yeah, the GT just has an unlucky place in the market here. Its tax band combined with the relatively high price and people's perception of Toyota as a bland marque makes it a difficult sell.

The number 26 makes sense, now. I am sorry for all the Danish people who are missing out on this great car.
