XTR Performance/Titam Performance Issues
Hey,
I understand there is going to be issues but I do believe I've been kind with my patience on this one. Ordered myself a Black Perrin Pulley and Perrin 2" antenna on 07-25-2012 and I still don't have my complete order. I get that this was around the time they got banned but I sent them a e-mail just to make sure and they said they sent it out. I just got my Pulley 3 weeks ago but it wasn't black cause they didn't have any and I would have to wait some more if I wanted to get the black one. They told me the shorty antenna was on its way and should be there soon yet still nothing. I have sent a couple PM now and gotten nothing back. I actually thought they were really good to deal with as the response and communication between us was good but the wait time and eta for the parts is totally off. Had I known I would still be waiting for parts 3 months later I would not of ordered from them. I'm hoping that me making this thread brings some issues to light and will show me if other are dealing with the same kind of run around I am getting. @XTR Performance, please I would love to hear an actually eta or explanation as to why I have had to wait so long.

First I want to apologize for the delay and issues you had with us. This is not how we like to do business at all. I always want to make sure customers are happy with our service and receive the best in the industry. If our customers aren't happy then we aren't happy. I am going to make this up to you. I will be sending out another antenna your way first thing on Monday. I can assure you the first one was sent but when we send orders to Canada they have to go out via USPS. A lot of them have been getting lost and insurance claims take forever, on top of the fact that we cannot get tracking numbers for international shipping, which is beyond me. I'm going to refund you completely for the antenna and will get one out to you free of charge. You should have it in 3-11 days as that is what the time is calculated on USPS website. Please post all questions you have here as well so everything is public. Thanks, Chris |
