hahaha we have a gates 2 inch wide cog belt operation our wire forming machine at work. super hard plastic. cant wait to see your blue rb belt I have one on my 1.8t

does anybody know what could be the issue if my belt is just getting tore up? when I looked inside a lot of the belt shreds were caught up in the back centerish of my compressor. it's only getting tore up on one side of the belt, towards the rear of the car and my friend suggested it could just be the compressor sitting not close enough?
Obviously I need to change the belt so I might as well change the pulley too. does anybody have alternatives? I'm open for smaller pulleys too. |

this is what I pulled out, and the damage of the belt. I didn't get a picture of where it was collecting, I'll try to get that later.
