Where did you guys mount your GPS antenna? I stuck it on top of the crossbeam right behind the unit but I'm getting meh signal. I don't really want to have to try to route this thing outside the car.
Mine's in the rear window. If you were sitting in the driver's side rear seat (as if anyone actually sits in the back) it would be above your left shoulder. The cable is *just* long enough to reach. You can route the cable through the seat and along the center console without it being really visible.

Been refreshing http://ca-fi.com/en/support but no update. Emailed Will asking wat4. It is currently 5:47 am in China so not sure what end of day meant at 534 this morning when I received email. Regardless still very happy that they are listening and supporting product

Door speakers aren't working. I know that the remote is wired correctly because I'm using the rear amp power on my subwoofer. Any ideas?

Could some of the owners describe how is this unit compare to Pioneer, Kenwood and alpine units in sound quality ?

Awesome, downloading now!!!

To the GPS question, I have mine also on that metal bar to the right inside the dash, I seem to have no problem with GPS signal.

Has anyone tried using DSP Manager, I heard someone talking about another equalizer but don't know much about it or how it compares. I just want a global equalizer for all audio going through the HU.

.... I got blue wire on head unit connected to Brown on factory harness. Trunk sub woofer is coming on so i know signal is making it back there. Blown fuse? Blown amp? If amp is blown you think dealer will cover it with aftermarket radio?

I would also like to know--especially in light of the fact that some folks over at XDA-Developers Forums just recently got root access on the Kenwood DNN990HD (which also runs android).

Is it just me or does everyone else think that the voice quality on bluetooth calls on this HU is absolutely horrendous?

Anyone got any tricks to improve it?

Phone quality ion first boot was great. After factory resetting a couple times and running updates it has sounded bad(throughout the processes).
Basically I end up hearing static on my side. No complaints from caller.

Might run out and flash this one during lunch to report on any improvement. I doubt it by looking at the change log though.

Just updated and partitions are still the same size. Havent had time to test other functions yet. I have noticed that this ROM supports App2SD. If you go into setting>apps you will have the option to move apps to SD. Doing this doubled my free space. Some apps cannot be moved and other won't behave properly if moved- (torque comes to mind)

I can do this stock without modifications.
