so the engine is 390 lbs? / 177kg?
seems a bit heavy to me I'd say the trans is probably a bit heavier than that most 4 cylinders are in the 140Kg 300lb area |

Boxer engines have lower center of gravity, but they are heavier. You need double timing gears on each side etc.

My sleeved bare block is well over 100LBs I think the label from UPS was 150lb warning crank has to be around 40lbs

seeing how far back the shift lever assembly is extended and how far forward our engine sits in the engine bay makes me mad every damn time. sorry just

*CONFIRMED* Here is the FA20 out of the 2015 BRZ sporting an 10lb aftermarket flywheel and OEM clutch still on the engine.
Weight excludes fluids, AC compressor (+10lb) , injector covers (+5lb) and exhaust manifold (+15lb), OEM flywheel (+10lb) My FA20 weight: 315 pounds as shown OEM FA20 weight ~355-360 pounds Welcome!
