CQuartz'd My Wheels
I recently got new wheels and had them CQuartz'd here in San Diego. Wes is an excellent guy to work with, car enthusiast/former Subaru owner, and is knowledgeable on the pros and cons of CQuartz Finest and Opti-Coat Pro. Due to the unique flat gold finish and texture of my wheels, he recommended CQuartz with its characteristic of leveling out better than Opti-Coat. Since I garage and don't daily drive the car, CQuartz will still last long (CQuartz supposedly lasts 2 years with normal driving use, OC is advertised as permanent but does erode over time actually). CQuartz can have a slightly better shine and maintain better leveling over time based on Wes' experience and what I've googled. Neither product will prevent brake dust embedment, but they will make it easier to keep your wheels clean which is what I wanted.
Despite feverishly prepping all week for today's Riverside Audi/Porsche Rally (there were some Porsches and Audis at his shop when I dropped off/picked up my wheels), he went out of his way to get my wheels done outside normal business hours for me. My wheels are still flat gold but with a hint of shine to them. I won't post rates for his service but rather you talk to him directly if you're interested in his work. This is his site with contact info: http://www.elitefinishdetailing.com/

Those look great. Keep us updated on how the finish holds -- though I can't guarantee I'll look at this in 2+ years

According to TWS' site, custom spec orders (which require minimum quantity 20 wheels) can take 90+ days and standard spec orders (such as what we ordered) can take 90 days. Plus the time it takes for your vendor to deliver to you. In my case, I ordered them on 12/9/2013, Japanparts received them on 3/2/2014, and I received them on 3/4/2014. 85 days overall.
