Stainless but it doesn't matter. If there's relative motion, something's going to wear. I might toy with some bonding agent. Mind you, this is only my semi-experienced engineering hunch. I'm not an expert but I've seen enough snake oil to be cautious. I like the outrigger braces.

Stainless would just eliminate the play. A rubber or poly insert would be better id think.

I bought a gopro thinking I could make videos for autox and motovlogging...

Then I looked at the computer hardware requirements for 4k video editing....

Looks like my 8 year old laptop won't cut it.

I did not budget for a $2,500 new computer

We have missed you!

Do you still have your 2013 FR-S?

Is it under the valve spring recall?

If so, have you had the work done?

Yep, several of us are still here - we just don't know when to shut up -

Oh I am glad you used the word "erasers" or that would take on a whole new meaning.

Yep, about the recall, if you haven't been notified, don't worry about it.

Switch to a jeep? What are you getting into? Off roading, camping ?

Overall versatility like being able to go on a Costco run if I wanted and not have to pack shit into the "back seat". Also I wanted to get into overlanding. 😬

If I could afford to keep it and get one I would but I cant.. and it would be really dumb for me to have two vehicles and have to pay insurance on them too.
