If the premium doesn't come with the LED strips, I'll buy yours off of you.

So if your new BRZ has these issues will you take ownership given the limited supply ?

I don't expect Lexus quality, but if I was in line for a Limited...I'd be switching to Premium or shopping elsewhere.

As far as I know the door handle is the same on the Premium, so it'd be just as likely for the premium to have that same issue.

As for not getting the car because of those, I would make sure the dealer knew about the problems and planned on resolving them under warranty. I'm hoping this stuff is just rough production runs for the pre-production cars though.

The leather creasing issue happens on every car I've had with leather, which is one of the reasons I don't get leather seats anymore. The door handle issue bugs me, and it seems easily fixable. It probably wouldn't stop me from buying the car. My Golf had a paint flaw from the factory (that I didn't notice before purchase) that I live with daily.

I was mostly speaking to the leather; there's no way I would buy a car with the door handle like that without some kind of plan to action being resolved at purchase time, or a small discount.

Don't forget that the car has a bumper to bumper warranty. The door handle can get fixed later. I do hate it when the dealer has to take an interior panel off for some reason. It never goes back on the same.

The issue with the leather will happen one way or another. It's leather. It creases.

Things never go back together exactly how they came apart It's even worse when there's extra parts left over.

So Zaku went doing some spying again and found some nice stuff. Let's see

Number 1 shown here at this lot are cars to be shipped internationally(Or so I've been told by the person who took the pic, 50% sure is my guess) ( Look at all them Premiums or R types)

They are currently building Zaku's SSM premium :O! (jkjk) What a cute truck in the back ground

Number 2 Cars have started reaching Japanese Tuner Shop, this particular one has started developing coil overs.

Number 3... usual daily dose of BRZ Here is a Crystal Black for Tuesday!

If I decide to get black then I would name my car after my gf, Crystal.
