need help unbolt seat rail bolt

i'm installing the Arkon gooseneck phone mount which requires the removal of seat rail bolt. For some reason, i just can't loosen the bolt. I used so much force that i stripped the socket that i used. Is there any tricks to loosen the seat rail bolt? Counter clock wise right?

The bolt comes out with a TORX E10 socket. I ended up stripping the bolt (by using something other than an E10) attempting to install a phone mount as well. I tried using a stripped bolt set, drilling into it, etc. to no avail, so I just gave up. However, the E10 works perfectly on intact bolts. And yes, counter-clockwise to loosen.

ok i guess i have to get the TORX socket.

One related question: when you install the phone mount, our seat rail bolt sits in a groove, how did you put the phone mount base into the groove? do you have a picture that you can show me?
