I could probably get a heap of these and ship them over. Do a group buy or something. Prob cost $750USD landed at a guess. Entirely down to shipping really.

It's not North American part number. Same reason you can't order jdm TRD part numbers from your local dealer

Thanks for the post @diss7. You always come up with great stuff to buy, first the HKS Intake.. now this lol.
Do you have a list of the part numbers that you have to buy? Including the parts that need to be replaced? Thanks

Its just all one kit mate. It all comes in that box

I just checked with NST, they can also get this same kit in a 4.875 ratio. Same pricing.

You are saying about ~$500USD is the price, and the all said and done $750USD shipped. What makes you think it will cost $250 to ship it?

Shipping from NZ to US will be $150. Forex rate changes daily. And then there's my time. Like I said, base it on $750, until I get a proper shipping quote back.

A good quick way of working this out is just driving you car now, and adding 20% to the current revs. So if you're currently doing 3000rpma at a certain speed , it'll be pretty much 3600 with a 4.8 FD. Use 10% for 4.5.

4.8/4.1 is basically 1.2x

4.5/4.1 is basically 1.1x

4.8 is too short IMO, will be revving to high on open road, but that's just me.

im sorry but the only quick delivery you are going to get from japan is if they ship it by plane and that will be pricey. Im getting a small item shipped from japan and it is going to take 2-3 weeks to get here. Also as stated above amayama has fast shipping. 422>770

I order from Japanparts.com with some frequency and it never takes more than 2 weeks. Most stuff comes within a week. Pretty awesome actually.

I was just commenting on the price disparity between the two "warehouse" locations amayama shows for the item.
