Yea, I wanted to change them black before the Hyper.Blue was announced and I was happy to see I could purchase the OEM fins in black. Same here, but I saw a DIY on here that enlightened me that the chrome fins are held on by double-sided tape. They are $80 for the pair (link below), which was a little pricey but they look really clean and were easy to install once I got the other chrome fins off.

I just put tiny strips of 3m double-sided tape on the top of the side marker. it's working well so far but i'm not sure how easily they'll come out

I went the zip tie route. Pull the metal A clip out. Drill a small hole through where spot where the clip was. Put the marker on the car. Push a small zip tie through the hole where you press the clip down and through the hole you drilled in the marker and the zip tie should come back around to you. Zip it down and you're good to go.

Honestly it works quite well and much easier than dealing with those damn clips.

(inside joke. On a local car forum a kid asked how to make his car winless. It was a typo and we ran with it)

Got the light smoke Valenti Revo's installed yesterday. Lovin' the new look of the ass end. Waiting for a few more "accessories" to come in on Monday that should help change it up just a bit more.

Officially got her diagnosed... RIP. Cylinder 3 direct injection seal failed, causing lean causing, making boost = bad time. Scouring for a replacement block. Sadly I was hoping to save up to build my stock block, I don't think I can financially swing buing a new engine and sending it to full blown to be built. Will just have to settle for getting it runing again.

Figures... I was just getting geared up to start my custom rear difuser project to match my front end.
