Work Emotion CR Kiwami 19 inch dilemma

Hey guys, I'm looking at purchasing a set of the CR Kiwamis. My dilemma is despite my peers recommending me purchasing 18 inch wheels. I have my mind set on the 19 inch. What offset size would I need to make this happen?. I'm also thinking of lowering the car by 1" or so, just so it sits nicely.
Is this a bad idea? any ideas suggestions?

Offset has more to do with width than height.

There's a reason there are few 19's, if you really want to do it, do your work.

Just do 19x9.5 +38, good fits.

We should have pics in the pictures library.
