Exactly. You still have to deal with the fact that Chipolte isn't that good. Says the guy who lives in the epicenter of Tex-Mex (the actual center being San Antonio).

I happen to like Serrano's among the chains so if you have one nearby it's probably worth a try. Then again, the picture may be distorted by the fact that literally everyone in central Texas knows how to cook/make Tex-Mex. Maybe the Serrano's cook is just good...

Honestly, that isn't much of a threat. They want you to take the problem elsewhere. I would deal exclusively with the dealership that actually sold you the car. They are on the hook more than anyone else.

Like anything else you get used to it. What I didn't get used to was when I had to go audit the beef slaughter plants ain Texas and Kansas (the plants stunk not the states). Was one of the reasons I went back to automotive. Well that and the much better money.
