On one hand, I'll definitely be sad to not see Kimi on the grid anymore, but to be honest he's been a shadow of his former self since the start of the current era.

P1 had the makings for an exciting session until the red flag screwed everyone.

Zandvoort is exciting to see, old school with the banked and off camber curves that should have the best drivers rise to the occasion and the back markers testing the Safer barriers. It looks like a difficult circuit to establish a rhythm and if one does, the lap is over in short order. It'll be the same for everyone, the first F1 race there in what, 35+ years?

Amazing to see the stands filled with Max tifosi for P1.

What struck me was the inept, well fed marshals and their equipment delaying what should have been an easy cleanup into a mess. I'll again DVR long for this race.

Pulling for Max, he needs a break and what better place for a podium?

Zandvoort have raised the speed limit from 30 Km to 33 this weekend.

That looks to be quite the wild track!

Too bad about Perez just going out in Q1 because he couldn't get his second lap in, but considering he's in the 2nd fastest car, why couldn't he do a good enough job the first time around?

I hope Gasly can jump at least Bottas at the start so can it be a 1-on-1 battle between Max and Ham, instead of just 2 Mercs trying to shove him off...
