Find your answer by copy & paste the following code -> compile & execute.

String Think (String Dilemma)
{
if (YourBrain(Dilemma) > 9000) {
Think ("Take the offer");
} else
{
Think ("Don't take the offer");
}
return "I don't know";
}

void main()
{
Think("What should I do?");
}

Disclaimer: The above code can't guarantee any real answers because I don't know what goes on inside YourBrain()

If they are going to send it out to a body shop just make sure it's a reputable shop and let them. That's what I would do.

The only problem in this is you can't make sure it's done right when they send it to their "guy". I would have no say in where the repairs were done, no over site at all. I can't imagine it would go to a super reputable shop, especially when they are already cutting the offer amount in half.

So I called the guy I was dealing with last night and left him a message stating I needed to speak with the service manager. This morning I got a call from the original guy not the service manager saying they would give me the wing and the intake, seems they didn't want me to talk to the manager. all in all I'm happy with the two items as the paint is intact (I also have a friend that does auto paint so he will touch up the clear for me) and there is a spot that I can get in and spray sealant inside the rocker. Now just to wait for them to get in.
