I'm assigning some experienced people as coaches, and am more than willing to instruct. We are expecting and planning for a number of first timers, so if anyone is on the fence or a little intimidated, we'll have you covered.

We will have instructors and many of the more experienced people at this event will be willing to help you out.

Sam, Brandon, Ryan, Miles, and I are all more than happy to help you learn the ropes and get faster.

It's supposed to be 95 so be sure to bring plenty of water and sunblock. If you bring EZ up tents please be sure they are weighed down with anchors to keep them from blowing away and possibly damaging yours or someone else's cars.

Remember hydrate. And most of all have fun!

Are there going to be any standing tents already there or somewhere covered to stand ?

We Will have some EZUps setup but that will be mostly for the food we plan to cook.

Super fun day out there today, congratulations to Brandon, bslate3, on claiming the top 86 time of the day (I'm coming for you). I had a great time meeting a bunch of new and probably addicted autox people. Check out: http://dfwautocross.com for all the local upcoming events.

The DFW 86 autocross event was a lot of fun! I enjoyed meeting new people and giving rides for people!

Here's my best run that just barely edged out David "Shneegle" for the win!

Here are both the PAX results and the class results. We had 84 people show up and drive in the event. Sadly due to some timing issues we only got 6 runs but this got us done with the autocross at around 4pm.

So for the twins and AE86's we ran special classes.
T1 = CS/DS
T2 = STX
T3 = CSP/SM
