Spreadsheet is editable by anyone, you can add it yourself.

Symptom(s): tapping noise coming from engine when under load (sounds like Valves tapping to me, but dealership keeps saying otherwise)
Failure: they still don’t know
State: VA
Is Dealership Offering Repair: the dealership swears they have checked their work and it was nothing they did wrong. They did have to order shims and some of the valves were loose but they fixed the valve lash and it’s still making same noise. They have returned my exhaust and intake back to stock (exhaust aft of all sensors, and air raid intake with oilless filter.). Dealership is still trouble shooting but have told me since they are sure it has nothing to do with their work I am responsible for paying from this point forward unless they do find it is something related to the valve job, and are charging me $571 to install the stock exhaust and intake on top of it. Also it is worth noting I just spent 5,500 in July at around 69,000 miles for a new shortblock replaced by Subaru (it had an oil starvation issue but I was outside the warranty so he’d to pay myself) and the car was running perfectly fine before I dropped it off for the recall.
I had a very similar incident and was told it was due to the Camshaft and rockers. Dealer offered to fix under TSB 02/151-14R and when they started working on the car, they dropped the oil pan and noticed a massive amount of RTV sealant inside the oil pan. They are now getting in contact with the rep of the first dealership that worked on my vehicle because there was too much RTV used and now clogging oil passages causing oil starvation.

Also, I have updated my entry in the excel sheet to show my vin number for documentation. I have not had my car pretty much since the first couple days in February.

They are checking injectors as of today. I had mentioned the camshaft and rocker arms to them as that is a possible side effect of loose valves, but again dealership is insisting it has nothing to do with their work and instead keeps checking other things that don’t make any sense, like exhaust, or injectors, or smog box (which is what they called the sound tube chamber that goes to the intake, which I removed because I don’t care if I can hear my intake noise in the cabin) also, they have been troubleshooting my car since 18 February and still don’t know what the actual problem is. Also updated to include VIN on spreadsheet and actual mileage.

Rocker shot throuhg valve cover.

I would expect that at some point TOYOTA will stop ignoring the similarities on these incidents. Also that they will accept that the maintenance they are doing to these vehicles, under this URGENT SAFETY RECALL, is in fact putting people in the very same dangerous situation they say it will prevent.

Vehicle Mileage: 42581
Vehicle Make:Scion
Mileage After Recall Performed: 37
Symptom(s): Right side rocker through valve cover.
Failure: sudden loss of power in the middle of the road.
State: Maryland
Is Dealership Offering Repair: Dealer completed repair saying yhat it was "a one time good will" they said, they did not accept responsibility for the failure neithe for any future similar failures.
I guess I'm expected to just drive away with ZERO confidence that the car won't fail again.

What happened to @CT86 's vin column in the spreadsheet? It was hidden, and when I un-hid it so people would know it was there, everything was empty?
