Why the hell is the rest of New York on that map? The tristate area is specifically NYC and the surrounding counties in NY, CT, and Armpit-ahem NJ.

Resourceful, parting out crashed Twins.. I don't understand how they went from good stuff such as Thunderbirds, Captin Scarlet, Joe 90 etc to Space 1999...

Don’t buy it. Each crash ruined that much more of the small resources. Simple attrition would kick in fast. Besides the life expectancy of an Eagle pilot was about the same as a Star Trek red shirt.

Well, it happens that today my wife and I opened one gift for each other early as I got ready to decorate the house. She opened up her large gift, which was a new all in one computer with a touchscreen and an SSD. She was more excited for me to open mine, so with the spirit of Christmas running thicker through my veins than my 3rd black coffee of the morning, I tore the careful wrapping job apart.

A bottle of medicated shampoo for "hairloss prevention and regrowth".

My wife and I are different. We only have one checking account. We don't give gifts to each other, just good dinners, and gifts for the kids. Kids are older so even that has tapered off. We don't buy into the "buy a bunch of shi t you don't need" holiday hype.

But the bald stuff is funny as hell.

My wife and I get each other a gift for the fun of it (we've only been married a year, but I think we will continue). It's not about the exchange of monetary value, it's about the time and effort spent to find something the other will enjoy.

Well, you could give it a try. Once upon a time, I gave mrs humfrz a new and improved cordless dust buster for a Christmas present. While she was unwrapping it, she laughed, because she thought that I had put her present in a dust buster box as a joke.

That's when I learned to NEVER give your wife ANY kind of present that plugs in.
