Yes for Netherkands but no way for Brazil. They did not show much, to the exception of neymar. And 1 person does not make a team.
France have been the real surprise of this World Cup so far. They owned their opponent big time until now. The match France vs. Germany will be very interesting to watch.

My ideal final would be Netherlands v Germany. My choice is always Germany but they always have difficulty winning the big matches. I wouldn't mind Netherlands winning for the first time plus I'm a massive United fan who can't ignore the bias for LVG, RVP, and the extensive transfer rumors with every Dutch player.

As soon as Silva got the yellow Brazil were in massive trouble. They still don't look comfortable defensively. They'll probably put Dante against Germany who obviously plays for Bayern Munich but Germany is happy right now.

Brazil v Germany. Netherlands v Argentina. I think Germany is going to beat Brazil especially since Silva and Neymar out. Germany are a solid team. If Brazil win, then it'll be well deserved. Other match up, I'll go with the Netherlands even though they might be fatigued. I can see Robben being very crucial for a victory.
