I'd say tweak the hanger rods which shouldn't be too hard to do.

I would be so reluctant to go to a muffler shop and cut, remove and do some new welds on a 550+ brand new piece. I know there are very competent people who can do very nice welds but be careful, you are introducing a new point of vulnerability on the system in the long run with the new welds and it will be hard to get welds with the quality of Nameless.

This is IMHO.

i think getting stiffer bushings might help in getting the mufflers lined up.

If most of them are poking out further on the RH side then it sounds like the assembly jig is out.
I can't see how it's going to get it twisted back in line with the rubber mounts. It either needs to be cut and welded or have a flexible coupling fitted at the back of the centre pipe so that the rubber mounts can then centralise it.

The easiest way so far sounds the wedge out of the back to allow the right hand tip to bend back into position and then weld it back up. Nothing wrong with that as long as they do a good weld.

If by a section he means a small v cut on the backside (facing the front), adjusting the tip, then rewelding the seam then thats a great deal.. Check the weld after to ensure all looks good. My spot guarantees their work and are down the street.

Talked to nameless today, here's their response. Try.

1. Position the exhaust exactly how it should be then bolt onto the fringe.
2. Have someone hold the middle part of the exhaust and someone else push in on the side that sticks out. The goal is to bend the v split a little. How exactly is two human being going to bend metal with bare hands? I don't know.

If you tried the two methods above and your exhaust is still sticking out, take a picture and send an email to either john or Ryan. I think their emails are john.h@namelessperformance.com and Ryan.m@namelessperformance.com

So is it all of the sets that are a bit off canter or just the off-set ones?
