I'm not exactly sure what my next step should be. Either live with it, replace it with a resonated catback or go back to stock catback. I will admit, it is a little fun to set off car alarms. Feel like I should drive through the parking garage at Fashion Square constantly blipping the throttle.

You'll need a different catback if you want to quiet it down at all. I dont even have a cat/resonator in my front pipe and i love how loud it is. Go have some fun in the parking garages... i know i do

The only reason I didn't blow out both eardrums is because my right one was already gone from your car on the dyno at Goodspeed!

ahh i was wondering why it was only the left lol. I know that it will quiet down significantly with the stock cat-back as Brent was running it like that a bit and it was night and day as far as sound levels go. However, that may not obviously be the look you are going for.

I'm looking for some opinions on taillights. I've narrowed my choices down to either the red Spyder tails or Buddy Club. I'm split right down the middle between these two and was wondering which you guys/gals prefer.

I like the JDL header with the stock catback, but it is a higher-pitched, "raspy" tone. Definitely doesn't blow eardrums or set off car alarms, though! Maybe one day JDL will make a good catback to go with the header that isn't crazy loud like most of the aftermarket exhausts are. Apparently they were sourcing some nice titanium pieces for just such a project....

Also, you might want to check the clearance between the lowest runner and the skidplate. I had to hammer out a little bit of extra clearance on mine when I swapped for the new header design.

If I had to only pick between the 2 I would get the Spyder tails but I love the toms tails in clear

I'm gonna get the buddy clubs sometime soon. People either like them or hate them there is no in between. My opinion is it's your car do whatever you think looks good and don't worry about what others say
