I tagged you in a post in the Southeast section, go and check it out. I am interested in your response. It's about OBD2 inspection in GA.

@FullBlown what about the shop car?
Some had mentioned pulling the pins out of the slim fan connector and just sticking them in the stock plug and wrapping it up with electrical tape. I'll probably end up cutting off both connectors and using some Weatherpak ones, and just keeping the stock plugs around to put back on if need be.

I made 548 whp and 471 wtq @19 psi GTX3076R.
496 whp 383 wtq @ 17 psi
439 whp cant remember the torque @ 14 psi

It's a different kit than FBM but can expect similar.

That sounds horribly tempting, I really wonder how long the motor could take that.

If anything ill do it and start saving for a built motor on the side

I fear for the transmission at 471 wtq. Only run the 496 whp map occasionally.

Why are people so quick to dump the gtx28 on street cars? Im at 373wtq right now at 17psi. The gtx30 is great but without a tranny and rods it seems like a waste. The gtx28 is ment to be a 450whp turbo which is about all I'm comfortable with on this bottom and and drivetrain and produces awsome wtq. Yes I'm getting a gtx30 or maybe a 35 someday but not until I replace a lot of things first.

It is pretty incredible how much more headroom E85 gives over pump gas.

I am limited to 280 whp on 91 pump on the GT3076R while you are having to de-tune down from 550 whp. lol that's like almost double the power.

I agree with you mostly, but when the gt30 behaves so good on low boost and then will give you the head room when built for 600+ whp why not go straight to it and skip the hassle/cost of having to upgrade down the line.

I do believe if money is not an issue at all your plan is very solid and has some benefits over my do it once approach.
