Engine is acting weird

Okay so normally when my car gets to 3.5k and above it rockets up to 7k. Well last night I had a couple CEL's pop up, and my car at idle started struggle to stay at idle(nearly dying a couple times). I then cleared the codes with my flux2 from my unichip. I looked up the codes, but they both seemed to be exhaust related, but I have catless headers and catless front pipe and they are the same codes that always pop up.
So after I cleared the codes, the idle corrected And stayed steady. But now when I drive it seems like the 3.5k and higher has slowed down, almost like the car is struggling to go. It's very bogged down and I can't figure out what to do.

I also researched this and couldn't find anything like this on the forum.

Clearing the codes probably reset your ECU. It will have to relearn your engine's optimal settings over the next couple of days. Mine does that every time I have to clear a code.

Video of your exhaust? Sorry to be off topic, but I wanted to know what catless headers and front pipe sound like. I have the Berk muffler delete and catless front pipe and am afraid it will be too loud if I get headers.

after ECU Reset. Car has to relearn the throttle positions and all that magical car stuff. It'll be gone in a week

That's going to be loud as fuck. There should be a stickied thread in this section with different configurations and videos.
