One picture from my first race Saturday!

Raced in my first actual race for points this weekend, did 4 races: Novice GTU (600), Novice GTO (Open), Amateur 600 and Amateur Open (Amatuer is open to "experts" and novice riders, novice is the lowest skill class)

I missed round 1 so I had no points going into the race. Was gridded 30th in Novice GTU, 33rd in NGTO, 38th in AGTU and 35th in AGTO haha so way back. So many people they do 2 waves of standing starts, release the first 15-20 people then let our lowly second wave go about 10 seconds later. It was a hot weekend but still a lot of fun my final results were:

NGTU: 12th, NGTO: 15th, AGTU: 20th, AGTO: 25th

second day was less important knew I was going to do worse. AGTO was a mess, track temps were like 130*, couldn't get around this guy, my friend crashed out and I was hot figured I would just take it easy and go home in one piece.

Plus side started friday practice with a fastest lap time of 1:45.5, ended saturday with a 1:44.0 and finished sunday with a 1:43.0! so picked up a couple seconds over the weekend. Lots of room for improvement!

Picked this baby up over the weekend, got a deal I could not pass up from an old man that needed money badly.

Husqvarna 2012 TE 310 like new with only 610 miles on it.

Of course I immediately take her out for some off road fun as seen in the this picture.

Raced again this weekend, had a rough one ha. Managed better finishes than last time but not great. 7th in Novice 600, 11th in Novice Open and 12th in Amateur 600.

Went down in practice and the bike flipped crushing the master cylinder and the right clip on. I'm good but my suit could look better haha. Did manage to make all my races which was great but now I've got some work to do

you can see its a bit scratched up on this side
