Yea, I can usually "see" enough through the camo to decide if I like something or not. So far, it makes me like the C7 more.

I dig. I'm excited. But, admittedly, I am biased - I have a thing for cars that outperform other cars costing several times as much :p

It's hard sometimes - to me it looks like they may have 'caked on' a lot of fake bodywork to throw people off. Looks like they're trying to give it the old C7 shape at the rear with fake bodywork - maybe I'm wrong though, hoping it's more svelte underneath. We'll see...

I like the front end of this one, but preferred the rear of the previous render:

As I have said before there are only so many design cues to go around and eventually things look like others. This is especially true when looking at performance car styling where down force and lift become real factors. It will look like several different cars because those are the body designs that get the job done. People will say they made it look like the XXX but what they actually want is for it to perform like the XXX.

Agreed, although I will add one thing. If you debadge the one on C&D I would still instantly peg it as a Corvette. It has the family genes.

Yes it certainly still yells Corvette to me as well. That big butt alone would tip me off.

Yea, headlights and front looks very Ferrari, and the boxy rear more Lamborghini. I’m sure it will look like a Corvette. The Stingray was a decent bump in form, so I’m curious if another big bump like going mid engine will move the look so far from a Corvette that it doesn’t look as familiar—not that it is necessarily a bad thing.

Every change has looked different than the one before it but the identity has remained.
