I suggest you post a few pictures of the broken pieces to get some idea's from the gang on how to fabricate them.

I'll tell ya what. I'll take that Exige off your hands and it won't cost you a penny.

These cars are old. There isn't a problem I can come up with that hasn't been beaten to death on the Lotus board. A shop here in Cal makes a repair kit. I should get it in a day or so.

You would think that changing the light bulbs would be easy. But nooooo.

Jack up front end
Remove tires
Remove fender liners
Remove headlight covers, which conveniently just kind of fall off because the mounting tabs are broken
Unclip bulb retaining clip, which is practically impossible since they put the clips in facing down
R&R bulb
Re-clip, which is harder than getting it unclipped
then you try to adjust the beams because one it pointing straight at the ground, the other at the moon, but you run out of adjustment before they are even close, and one of the adjustment screws on your high beam comes out of the housing.

Now you can't drive your car because you have no light covers, and a high beam that is just flopping around, so you just want to put the tires back on so you can get it in the garage while you figure out how to repair the light covers and high beam adjuster. Then your jack fails and you can't get your tires back on, so you take your scissor jack out of your twin to jack each side up.

Get car in the garage. Simple light bulb change complete.
